Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy

The Course
1. All courses should be attended on a punctual basis unless prevented by occurrences which are beyond your reasonable control.
2. You must comply with all rules and regulations issued by Community Connections from time to time.
3. Community Connections will be entitled to change the timing and/or content of any course and to substitute any teacher at any time.


Fees and Refunds and Cancellations
1. All amounts payable must be received before the start date of the course.
2. There is a standard £25 administration fee charged on any Cancellation.
3. Cancellation of the course by you:
   • Less than two weeks before the course – no refund
   • Less than four weeks before the course - half the course fee will be refunded (less administration charge).
   • More than four weeks before the course - full refund (less administration charge).
4. Friends or family are able to attend in your place providing Community Connections has had details 24hrs, during the working week, before the course begins. You will need to provide us with the names, dietary requirements & contact number of anyone attending in your place.

   Community Connections does not accept un-named attendees onto the course.

5. In the event of an illness (or family illness) preventing your attendance or the attendance of the party as a whole, Community Connections will use its discretion and be flexible with the cancellation policy.
6. Community Connections will be entitled to cancel any course at any time with a full refund.


Your Conduct on the Course
1. If Community Connections considers that you have behaved in an unacceptable manner, we reserve the right to require you to leave the course with no refund.


Liability
1. You are advised not to bring any items of value. Community Connections accepts no responsibility for the loss of any personal possessions.
2. Community Connections is not liable for any loss suffered by you which is indirect, special or consequential.
3. Community Connections will not be liable for any loss suffered by you resulting from any event which is beyond the reasonable control of Community Connections.
4. People under 16 years old must be accomanied by a responsible adult.


General
1. No failure or delay by Community Connections in enforcing any of its rights under the Contract shall be deemed to be a waiver of such right.
2. The Contract shall be governed by English law.


Insurance
1. You are advised to take out insurance against loss of fees through illness, personal accident or failure to attend for any reason.
